●The Intended Parents and Surrogate reach a general agreement to move forward witha surrogacy arrangement. 准父母和代母均有着共识和愿意进行代孕过程。
●The Intended Parents return the executed retainer agreement, along with copies oftheir passports. The first invoice is sent to the Intended Parents. 准父母需要回传已签署的中介协议,及准父母双方的护照复印件给代孕中介。我们会把第一笔款项的发票发给准父母。
●A medical match sheet is completed and sent to the IVF Center. The Surrogate is screened medically. 我们会把医疗转介发到试管婴儿中心。试管中心会安排代母进行体检。

●The terms of the Gestational Surrogacy Agreement are discussed first with the Intended Parents and, based on their contributions, the first draft is issued and provided to the attorneys for the Surrogate.

●The Surrogate and her attorneys discuss terms of the draft Gestationa! Surrogacy Agreement, make contributions, and return a revision to the attorneys for the intended parents.
代母的律师会和代母讨论该稿代孕合同的条款,作出回馈,然后给准父母的律师发回修订稿。
●This process continues until the two sides reach a consensus and the agreement is finalized. 这个过程会持续到双方达成共识,该合同便完成。
